It has indeed been another year of progress for IAPMO Evaluation Services, as we continue to build on the successes we’ve enjoyed the last five years. Our efforts have resulted in more efficiently publishing evaluation reports, an ever-growing backlog of applications, and more promising leads for future work. We continue to build up our workload that is being evaluated. We are working with potential clients, illustrating the success we have enjoyed in promoting our services, marketing our brand and exceeding the self imposed client service goals.

Our clients continue to tells us that evaluation reports completed by IAPMO ES have facilitated the issue of multiple building permits from municipalities across the entire United States. Many new jurisdictions have reviewed IAPMO ES reports and have found them to be satisfactory. Effective July 1, California Division of State Architect revised their Uniform Standards and Procedures to add IAPMO Evaluation Services (ES) as a recognized provider of evaluation reports. IAPMO ES is now offering plan check Services to AHJ in order to provide a comprehensive array of services to the industry. Suggestions from our partners in Building Departments continue to assist us in improving services. Many improvements have been made as the result of working diligently with all of our stakeholders.

IAPMO ES continues to promote initiatives to market its brand. We have many distribution channels to promote our brand and spread the word on the superior efficiency, speed, lower price and the ever-increasing recognition of IAPMO ES evaluation reports. This year we produced a promotional video that demonstrates the breadth and competence of our organization to potential clients. IAPMO ES further continues to successfully forge strategic alliances with manufacturers, municipalities and partners in the industry, as well as identify additional players who are strategically important to our long-term growth objectives.

We continue to improve IAPMO ES procedures to ensure the highest degree of due diligence, objectivity, turnaround time and superior service to all of our stakeholders. We have succeeded in providing quality reports to our clients in 20 days or within their targeted time frames. We are pleased to announce that IAPMO ES has successfully exceeded the expectations of efficiency, speed and credibility for all of the involved stakeholders. More importantly, we remain committed to working with our partners on even more aggressive approaches to maximize safety and efficiency in all that we do.

We continue to work closely with stakeholders and strategic partners to improve our procedures and develop mutually beneficial partnerships. Our alliances with these partners prove invaluable in making headway and forging mutually beneficial relationships with the heavyweights in the industry. Our past and existing clients have turned out to be the most vocal advocates of our services. We are very excited to report that often we are humbled by the praises we receive on our efficiency and superior service from our partners, including clients and building officials having jurisdiction. This pool of our partners does an excellent job of getting the word out on our superior services. Our clients and building officials having jurisdiction provide the most efficient means by which our ever-increasing pool of new clients is learning about IAPMO ES.

We regard our stakeholder’s success as the true measure of our own success. This approach has reverberated throughout the community of our clients and promises a far more rapid growth than IAPMO ES otherwise would have anticipated. We continue to look forward to meeting and exceeding our own expectations.
